Well, not THIS exact thing, not pornographic video games but the idea that payment processors and banks can't refuse their services for any non-illegal activities, which would (currently) include but isn't limited to erotic games on steam. This would mean that mayment processors can't dictate what you buy, provided that you're not trying to buy hard drugs online or such.
I'm a bit hopeful that maybe the people of the States can do something good for a change. I have an inkling of faith.

While I despise the notion that erotic games may not be on steam, it will not ultimately affect the availability of erotic games.
