The relative speed forward of the reciprocating assembly has nothing to do with LPS in as much as it might contribute to hammer follow, because as anon and now you have explained hammer follow is not necessarily the cause of LPS, but rather it is bolt bounce.

FWIW currently my bootleg carrier setup is at 800 flawless forced reset rounds.
The bent lever I think is more likely the result of upper/lower tolerance stacking.

Yeah I REALLY wish they would just bite the bullet and eat the machine time and tool costs to make them out of stronger steel. I would also pay the increased cost.

Normal super safety break/bend all the time in the same spot that people are reporting Atrius Dev levers to break/bend, except due to the design the Atrius Levers are even more thin and so even more prone to that issue.

If you're at the point where the forced reset isn't happening by hand cycling in a LARGE variety of upper/lower/BCG/FCG combos, I had a similar experience and it was a bent/broken lever that originally started bending when I tried to get it working in a fuggged up setup.
