Here's my pasketti recipe
olive oil in the pan
get it noice and hot
add eye-talian sausage out of casings. crumble and brown on medium heat.
once it's browned add some diced garlic and red pepper flakes to the oil and cook for about 1m30s
add a can of crushed tomatoes. fill the can up with water and pour that water in as well to slow the cooking process. salt that bitch and add some oregano and thyme if you feel like it. bring it to a simmer and then turn down the heat you're gonna cook it for a while.
After a while you taste it and add salt if you need. If it's too bitter don't worry you're gonna add some MILK or BUTTER to it. Start with a little. You can use sugar too if you're desperate.
Next add some fresh basil to the sauce.
Boil your pasta in salted water. Don't drain it. Instead, get the tongs and tong the pasta directly into the sauce so some of the pasta water comes with it. Mix it well so every noodle is coated. If someone bitches about wanting more sauce tell them to go fuck themselves.
