Personally I think Skaven infantry is actually pretty good on paper. They're cheap and not completely useless, its just that TOW for the longest time really benefitted monsters. Consider the fact that clan rats are 7pts per model with thrusting spears and shields - with all these new changes I actually think people might actually second guess running big guys into our blocks.

I think that if you complain that Skaven are dogshit tier in TOW you were never a real Skaven player. Real ratbros love the chaos and shinnanigans that you get up to as rats, regardless if you are trying to win or not. That's why I think they shouldn't be updated, short of letting us shoot into combat.
