I grinded Occult Crescent for a full month, have the CE achievement for 500 cleared (probably at like 540+ before the sub ran dry), and god knows how many fates.

That's enough silver coins to get 4 +1 sets of gear and 1 +0 set of gear. Even when you do farm 24/7 like my ass you still come up short, I don't even think I could afford every set of gear at +0 even with the numbers I put in since the sets themselves are the most expensive part.

Shits wild, I didn't even do the 7.2 MSQ or unlock the normal raids.
