-, but all that being said, if even they ALLOWED for community at all, and brought back the very existence of any chat to speak of at all (even voice is off by default but it's also governed by speech detection so not even worth bothering with), that could help things. I don't know what way most people get together to do stuff in this game, outside of random party invites on console or probably discord groups. All of that stuff can work, but the game almost feels dead and alive simultaneously.
All that nonsense aside, it CAN WORK, when the game isn't breaking itself. It's by no means horrible and again, I think the game is great fundamentally. It's built on a fun sandbox afterall.
