New theory just dropped on tendinitis. It might be caused by not being flexible enough. I tried doing this flexibility exercise,

and managed to add 15 kgs to smith incline bench minutes later. It was still shite, but at least now I know what I have to work on. Will definitely keep working on paused db bench and paused incline db bench where the end of the ROM is below the chest as it also helps. Added 2,5 kgs to unilateral triceps extensions (so fucking back btw) and another 2,5 kgs to machine lateral raise, making it a total of 5 kgs to machine lat raise in 2 sessions.
