To me I feel like losing Ribbit was due to Jax acting like Ragatha around them and Jax thinking that made Ribbit abstract so he goes on completely different extreme with Gangle. It is interesting after all how Jax NEVER threatens to kill Gangle despite her making him wear the maid outfit. He just chases her, but he actively threatens Zooble, Ragatha and Evil Jax with that. People he REALLY doesn't like. And he seems to oddly respect her more than Kinger because he assumed Kinger would abstract next and not her.
Which makes me feel like Jax is weirdly attached to Gangle and given the Ribbit thing he may genuinely want her to not abstract and on some level cares for her, but goes about it in completey weird and deranged way. Or maybe he tried to be like Ragatha with Ribbit, but one time they snapped at them and that caused Ribbit to abstract and now they got themselves to be mean all the time to never cause this again maybe. I dunno.
I ship Ribbun so I have my bias here, but I do feel like there is something going on with Jax's feelings on Gangle. At least he doesn't want her abstract and/or doesn't believe she would.
