Do people really think this tranny design is attractive?

First time playing this game in 10 years. Why is everything so frictionless? You unlock the cloak on one char, you get it on all others. Upgrades are account wide. You can just transfer gold off one char to another. What happened to individuality?

I thought I was playing a character in a world, not an npc in a lobby.
