Is it better to level as ret or prot? Preferably prot since the shield block animation is kino.

I know how to tank on warrior/druid but never tanked on a paladin. You're supposed to downrank Concecration right? And use engi bombs for ranged pulls? What blessing/seal should I use to keep aggro?
