The entire country is staggeringly full of Arabs and Africans and it gets worse the further south you travel towards France. Africans at least work but like 90% of the Arab migrants are here just to collect the dole and ship more of their family in. Lots of them, including Ukrainians, do not speak a word of Dutch or even French despite living in Belgium for 5+ years.

In general though, the Flemish zone is economically productive and has a very good quality of living while the Walloon part is a rust belt with decaying post industrial cities but nice picturesque countryside villages. I have not met too many Walloons but the Flemish are chiller Catholic Dutchies who think that people from the Netherlands are too rude & direct.
