Not him but Doctor Strange is my favorite so far since he can actually match danmaku visually and you don't run into the feats vs statements issue because they would be wanked under similar logic. That said, there are no interesting Touhou matchups because they always devolve into copesmology wank contests or the Touhou character instantly winning because they have very specific abilities that a random character will likely not resist.
