Honestly Bleach's reiatsu system is better version of One Piece's haki system

>Offensively
No ugly effect of someone blocking a sword with their skin
>Defensively
Both are the same, you don't need special effects at all to tell that someone can read moves
>Presence
The Spiritual Pressure effect is way cooler than the haki thunder fart

Then again both are basically their own version of Dragon Ball and Yu Yu Hakusho ki/spirit energy even with similar though all in all, One Piece is the weakest in this aspect no denying, though those other ones to not weaponize presence other than Toguro I recall
