Man, this was such a shitshow.
During the first month there was a lot of hype and tons of signatures. Then complete silence as everyone stopped promoting. Felt like I was duped into signing the petition. I kept checking regularly but it literally stopped moving.
Then as the deadline approaches they latch onto some fake manufactured drama to reignite the hype. I always expected these lazy motherfuckers to make another push before the deadline, but this drama is so cringe.
Yes, Thor or however the fuck he is called, had some unbelievably retard takes, but I'm more angry at the organizers behind the movement. This petition could've succeeded months before if they kept promoting it consistently on youtube, with a few sentences every here and there. Thor is free to have his retarded opinions and shouldn't be used to push the initiative. Probably the reason he had his retarded takes in the first place was because of the godawful communication on part of the creators behind the petition.
The "leader" of the initiative, Ross, is one the ugliest piece of unwashed basement dwelling motherfuckers I've ever seen. They should've chosen someone more normal looking as the face of whole thing, preferably someone from fucking Europe. He had one job though, promotion, and did it very poorly.
JFYI a million signatures are not enough, you need a lot of overhead because dumb americans keep signing it, bloating the numbers with invalid signatures. There are also country requirements, with the meds being lazy as usual.
The petition will likely succeed, this was pretty clear from the very beginning. But the promoters are doing their hardest to still fuck it up somehow.
