How do you get this v shape bro?
I dont know how you lose fat in the lower back area and in the lower belly area, and no matter how much I try to reduce ass shape and thigh shape they just become more and more like a thick woman's shape to the point where Im pretty sure I would get a boner if I shaved and looked in the mirror to see progress. It doesnt matter if I do aerobic or anaerobic exercise it just turns into more of a bubble ass and more into thick thighs and no fat is lost in lower back or lower abs area.
