Normally I would say it's just a hypothetical peak because it didn't actually happen and it's above his other feats visually but that kind of versus debating is not really seen anymore outside of here as far as I know, so in the context of death battle and the like I would cite it as a legitimate feat. And when everyone else is fine with 5D trees, multiversal walmarts, being multi solar system level for creating a starry space background and outerversal shit, this doesn't seem as egregious, it's no different from a statement, really.

Everyone knows that Sonic is fucked. In terms of scaling it's 1 comic that's generally considered weak compared to the mainline games vs an entire franchise that has no shortage of wankable feats and statements. And a researcher already agreed that Kasen wins easily.
I read the last chapters of wild and horned hermit and I don't see the visual appeal of this matchup, it looks like it's a woman with some hax vs a rabid animal.
