Wholeheartedly agreed. It was a lazy stupid decision.

It really does feel like the writers were forced to snapback and return Purirun to normal, even as the expense of narrative sense.

Probably the most embarrassing nonsensical episode.

She still doesn't care about anyone else in the show except Prillun, she says "I don't need you anymore" and I don't really feel like anything has changed. The situation continues to be so bad that it left a bad impression from the beginning and is getting even worse.
I really WANT to like Meroron. The character design is so awesome, and I actually love the tsun characters and we need more of them. But the character development here is non-existent. I agree with him, nothing has changed. Maybe the writers will surprise us with another Meroron arc to make up for the lack of one in the first half of the show.
