You like Undertale? How about seeing more of that world with new characters?
Gameplay is fun and the music is good, it's pretty much all you could hope for in a fangame.

It's questionable in parts but overall it's alright for a fangame and remains tame.
As for a first playthrough nothing is stopping you from doing any of the routes but I found doing a Neutral > Pacifist > Genocide flowed well providing context for each character's story.
Going in blind is best though, just take your time and explore each area as you enter them.
