It's in the Omsk leader graphics folder but they're going to change up a lot of it for the proper ending. There's some hints at the endings for the fail state too. I saw someone post this and since the file name has "victory" in it we might get to reconquer Siberia.

For those wanting a teaser for the reveal: the Omsk lead dev revealed in the TFR Discord (and probably the 2WRW one but I'm not on there) that the update would include you being able to reclaim the wasteland years later, that you'd expand via focuses, and eventually get to finish what you started before the bombs fell. Also, Omsk won't be as devastated by the nukes because they spent over a decade building subterranean shelters all over Siberia. He also alluded to there being more content after the Omsk collapse. Glad that it's actually being finished and that the map drama didn't kill this.

You can look them up in the game files. I noticed that there's also some unused portraits there for the Omsk collapse. Lazarenko has a victory portrait, so maybe he'll be able to reunite Siberia and kick out the SS?
