I always go in with an oversized hoodie, a cap and over ear headphones not even playing any music, literally just wear them so no one ever talks to me. Strategically go to the gym only when I know I can do all my sets without anyone in the way. Always either staring at the ground or thousand yard autism stare in the distance never making eye contact with a single soul.
