Vasanon is chill and doesn't badmouth other players or characters.
Luci has multiple safe on block specials coupled with highly advantageous normals. He just another character that can roundstart into flowcharting his gameplan without any thought put into what his opponent might do.
He is, at the very worst, mid, and with a lot of dishonest tools and some glaring weaknesses. You are free to complain about these weaknesses in isolation, but not about the overall strength of the character.
