Kroc actually served time in the 1980s for vehicular homicide when he ran over a kid while DUI. Ironically the kid had recently applied to a job at his local McDonalds (although it is often incorrectly reported the kid worked at a McDonalds and Kroc had been served by him). Funny how life imitates art.sometimes.
