I was in the fifth grade, and I didn’t really understand what was happening fully. I did use 9/11 as an excuse to go home tho. I pretended I thought my dad worked in a skyscraper in chicago and was scared he would be killed. None of this was true, and I found every avenue I could to leave school as often as possible. One time I pretended my arm stopped working. I taught myself to vomit so I could leave school. 9/11 was just another good reason to go home and play vidya. A few years later I watched loose change and became a truther, now I sit somewhere in the middle. Not sure if it was Israelis, my government, or some pissed off sand people. Probably a combination of all three. I do think airplanes hit the towers at least
