Yep pretty much.
Some people do claim they are infact having fun however I'd say it's because they're easily entertained like seeing random panic flashes or people getting one shotted by nunu's bush ults, some people probably don't find it funny because they take the game seriously or the humour on it is gone and done.
This game has become stale for a while but idk, there really isn't other games like it so whatever ya know atleast for now.
