Play both. Play the original first, and then play the remake and see how you feel about it so you can form your own opinion on it.

I think the remake is as replayable the original (it's fun), but the gameplay of the original still feels more fun and is the one I prefer overall.

Just how "good" are the oni anyways? Onis were supposed to be these honest men that liked straightfowardness and no tricks, but 2 out of the 3 names onis we have go against that.
