I hate physical therapists so much. I actually think it's because of my physical therapist that I never healed properly from my first surgery. She was a huge cunt, and for some reason thought it'd be a good idea to go from 15lb to 55lb of lifting in a matter of weeks. I swear to fucking God that bitch was nasty, I'm choosing another one this time around. I do walk a lot more nowadays though, I walk 5 miles every day, so my back is definitely not that bad now and I haven't decided yet if I want to go through with a fusion.
