This is D&D, we have objective statistical measurements of attractiveness. Viconia and Aerie both have 14 Charisma, so they're attractive, but not astonishingly so, Jaheira has 15 Charisma and therefore is more attractive than either of them, and finally Imoen has 16 Charisma which means she's the cutest and most beautiful of them all.
