I distance myself from even my friends and close family IRL unintentionally. It's not any specific reason I'm just busy due to work, chores, gym, etc. Even if we only talk once a month I'm almost always happy to hear from my anon friends. Unfortunately I think a lot of people here are NEETs with a ton of free time so they don't often share that viewpoint and expect more.
