How's everybody doing?

I just switched electrolyte supplements from snake juice to my own mix. Using potassium chloride powder, table salt, and magnesium malate pills in the morning, magnesium glycinate pills at night.

Been doing once a week 36 hours past 4 weeks. Just started the fast for the fifth week last night. Might try for ~54 hours this time.
