played 4 matches, lost one unfortunately, but still climbing. it really doesn't take long to make top 250 baggie, for me at least. got all my sleep in before noon today, and most of it during night-time hours, big improvement. still had 3 sleeps but they were all pretty close together. gonna have a smoothie, sit in the sunshine for a little while, it's a good day for self care, that's what my horoscope said at least, and so far it's proving correct, body and mind need rest and they're both very glad for it.
