forearm pronation and supination doesn't look goofy, it's as if u were arm-wrestling your own arm:
straight wrist, grab a stick by one end and plant entire forearm on a pad, push it one way and oppose pronating force, push it other way with other hand by other end and u oppose forearm supinating force
there is nothing better, i made it up :D

and no, not what she's doing at the moment, this gastrocnemius grew from hanging off it during sport climbing with rope, it was the heel-hook move where they point toes and bend knee unloading some of the strain off arms
