That got fixed in Nightreign. You're not allowed to complain about From Software online anymore.
You could literally make relics based on covenants, covenants give different buffs and stuff and there's like a leaderboard for each covenant similar to that thing from Nioh in the hidden teahouse. Like, you could add so much.
