I start like your picrel. I fuck up the part of the lift where my legs and spine should end up in a vertical position. ig I could also say it's the part of the ROM that comes after the bar already reaches your knees when pulling and you pull the bar further from there towards the hips.

Absolutely goated gym sesh lads, managed to hit 2 new prs. As I was rooning to the gym it was raining a lot so I was like fuck it I'll put in more effort and probably also hit a record on my "from home to the gym" roon. Got laughed at the gym because my tshirt got drenched in rain ong.
