He killed his previous Warchief with the assistance of a Grey Seer known as Vaar Blackhide. Vaar gave Skitzo an ungodly amount of strength enhancing mutagen from Moulder but now relies on a stready stream of it to survive. (Skitzo is equipped with a Wizarding hat to make him slightly magical from the warpstone mutagen and also insanely stupid for falling for Vaar's shit)
