Machu, Nyaan, Shuji, and Deux are the only ones with voice-overs in G-Gen. Gaia, Shiiko, Bocata, Ortega, and so on are mute. I don't know if it means anything. Deux tends to get a lot of favoritism for a minor character. The key animator's favorite character was Deux, for instance.
