No I don't think just because I have the DLCs that every single one of my initial maps should all happen to have a Anima Tree and a Garulean Tree, and a Monolith and a Exostrider midsection and any othyer new DLC nonsense.
Let me fucking research something new, or receive a quest to find or obtain one, or casually encounter a well guarded one in the world map that must be stolen from a faction or salvaged from well-defended ruins to be obtained.
You want to have direct access to DLC content? Make a new custom start where a Research team happens to come across a Monolith, or a Grav Engine happens to fall from the sky, or this is one of the rare world tiles where Anima trees happen to sprout naturally.
