Everything about this feels very disingenuous to me.
What do you mean "where are all the kids/family shows"? That's literally the only kind of western animated show that major distributors pick up, WHY THE FUCK DO YOU THINK INDIE ANIMATION TOOK OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE!?
Just own it that this was made for you, instead of hiding behind a smokescreen of pretending to care about what children watch these days.
There IS a drought of indie kids cartoons, but we're talking about LITTLE kids, as in pre-school. But, I suppose it would make your self pandering harder wouldn't it?
