Nah. There's some things that can't be changed with hrt and surgery but that's mostly just stuff like bones and stuff. Testosterone poisoning is responsible for the vast majority of deformed features that trans women have to deal with, and so when people are able to start young they have better chances of not having those.
Fat distribution is one of the most changeable things, especially if you put effort into it through things like weight cycling.
