I don't think you do. Adam is dead no matter what happens. Raven has plenty of reason to hate Eve still but she will try to kill MS before she tries to kill Eve. I could easily see a game where we start out as Eve and Raven separately trying to take down MS and having to join together at some point.
They kept Raven alive for a reason and we know SB2 will be a direct sequel since they said at first it was planed as a DLC. Also, if you have know anything about Shift-Ups writing you would know the psychotic woman to loyal companion story pipeline is a trope they use pretty often.
