A good electrician isn't taught in a trades school but the best ones always learn and refine the experiences/techniques from the electricians that came before them through personal training. Boomers have disrupted this entire process since they aren't passing down any knowledge taking it to the grave with them while complaining about how everyone else is lazy plus complaining about how future generations have no technical skills even though that is entirely the Boomer generations fault.
