Bo took multiple knees to the body and liver, that's why he stopped even trying to block his face. It was the accumulation plus a bad final blow. The liver is really under the rib cage, so the knee can deliver a direct hit and it was not grazing. It was a REAL actual liver shot, which feels like your having a stroke. Nothing he could do.
