I think what Spamton means about being a BIG SHOT is being a part of the prophecy, Spamton used to pull the strings but now the knight does like he used to do.

Kris isn't a part of the prophecy, the Soul is which is why Spamton is asking him if he wants to be a BIG SHOT and not just a puppet anymore
