Nah. Fissile is super easy to track. It's constantly emitting particles that can be seen from space and leaves a footprint lasting weeks everytime you move it. You absolutely can not transport fissile in tungsten containers to contain or mask this footprint because you'll trigger a meltdown on the fissile.

They built 1500-2500 missiles per year every year since 1980. They went all in on missile tech (and later drone tech) and essentially have no aerospace programs, tank RnD, or any other land vehicle innovation.
Compare contrast vs Russia who also has a production capacity of 1500-2500 missiles a year but is also heavily diversified in weapons tech.
Russia 140m people. Iran 90m people.
Iran isn't that strong. It's just Israel is small and weak so it struggles to absorb missiles as a proper sized country like Ukraine.
