If you translated their 2.0 stats into 3.0, they would be S+2 AP3 Breaching 5+ Shred 5+ D1, not D2.
This is because they only got Murderous on a 5+, but now they always get it on. DA got the biggest buff to any legion specific blade and have half a dozen special detachments, and yet they claim to be the most affected by the nerf
