The pic in this tweet originates all the way back from the time when people were upset on how Umineko as a VN ended. The artist who not so long ago posted this pic (as a tradition in Korean community to despise Ryukishi) was just upset on 07th Expansion as a whole and deleted all their WTC fanart afterwards
