I've noticed some small details I appreciate recently, like how Lupa doesn't act like your normal gacha character (read: asian etiquette)
For example, Lupa is probably the first female gacha character I've seen physically TOUCH the MC in a friendly way, or even fist-bump, she also full teeth smiles often,
This is something I NEVER see in eastern games, full teeth smiles.
