Golbez is extremely similar and in less colors. Surveiling on entry rather than giving it to your creatures means you can surveil more often if you're generating a lot of tokens, and black gives it access to a good amount of Surveil support (Eye of Duskmantle, Snarling Gorehound, Eloise, Doom Whisperer, etc) but Tocasia feels more like an aggressive option. She recurs a lot at once to the field, gives your creatures vigilance so you can swing and still surveil at instant speed, and White/Green have tons of token doublers for things like Karnstructs. The real catch is that I have a fully built Golbez deck and it's one of only two decks I have that are fully assembled more or less, so I couldn't even build Tocasia right now if I wanted to. There's artifact support in every color that I want to use for my general "it's my artifact deck" thing I like to try to create, but the last thing I wanna do is make a 5 color deck.
