21 year old here, and.. yeah, it really did have something special, didn't it? X&Y's reveal to release was some of the most excited I've ever been for a pokemon game, just being beat out by sun and moon, just watching the countdowns for both was amazing. I was about 8-9 when it came out, and even still, it feels weird. my nephew is the same age I was when it came out. nowadays really does just not have the same feel, with there being no real hypebuilding, just.. leak spam.
..although, anon, if it makes you feel any better, even the young ones like me who were around your age when XY came out get bittersweet for nostalgia. if there's anything I could really say though, it's that these things still do exist. you very easily can go back to where you came from, go back to the older games and things that you adored, and they'll always be there.
trust me, anon, you're doing great, I promise.

I'm kind of indifferent about it, though if it did happen he would certainly be an absentee Dad. While I do see him as good around kids, he would feel constrained by responsibility and time commitments and one day just disappear.

Ranking for name would be:
Grimsley > Aza (Spanish) > Giima > Pieris (French) > Astor (German) > 越橘 Yuèjú (Chinese) = 블래리 Beullaeri (Korean) = Mirton (Italian) > Funesto (Portugese)
His English name has grown on me too much to not rank it first, but Aza suits him a lot as well. It gives off the impression of someone who's a little bit shady and deceptively strong.

>How would your husbando refer to you in Japanese? Or do you think he'd use a term of endearment in English/your language?
Since Unova is PokeUSA I see him as an English speaker, maybe with a slight European accent. He'd use more old fashioned terms like "darling", "sweetheart" or "beautiful".

Compared to me in real life, polar opposites and I wouldn't even consider dating him. For my OC though, they have just enough in common to make it work, but differences that cause friction and drama which eventually lead to their breakup
