You can track the sales on PC by how many it sold on steam which at the moment is 3.6million copies sold for Steam.
So that's not including console and the estimate is around 5million but could be as high as 7million.
I have no doubt there will be a sales announcement at the Games Awards.

It has sold more on Steam/ PC alone than FF16 has aross PS5, PC and Xbox. It's also been out for a lot shorter of a period.
