Well yeah, it'd be a dead end. But I trust Gerson more than I trust Ralsei that it'll have a payoff, whether it just be an optional thing to make the true route more doable like the Shadow Mantle was for the Knight, or something we *need* to do to get information that unlocks the flag needed to start or end true route, I dunno.
There's definitely something fucked about this entire situation and Noelles established secret finding game break powers/skills seems like the ideal way of at least finding answers on what the fuck is happening.
